Had racv drop the car to them as I wasn't able to start it. Received a call later that day with them telling me that the battery was faulty and that they have replaced it with one of their own. I said no I don't want that because the racv battery is under warranty. Asked if they could start the car and then put my battery back in to be driven to the street as racv will only replace their battery if it is in the car.
