Biggest nightmare ever. I lost over $18,000 for a $4,000 completed y remanufactured transmission. He is a fraud and a cheat. I called several highlyb reputable European shops in Cumming and they said stay clear.
I drove more than two hundred miles to replace my mechatronic on my 2008 Bimmer. They did a great job and saved me a lot of money. Dealer wanted thousands. Runs great ! Thank you guys for the great service !
At eurotrans they did a great job rebuilding my transmission! They were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to my work schedule. They also did a re-check on my Car after 500miles. Of course, my car was Ok. It is fun to drive my Audi Quattro Patrick again!
Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Came from an twohour away and it was well worth it. They took my car in a timely manner and were honest and straightforward with my transmission issues. I know if I have any other transmission problems, I'll definitely come back. Just plain horrible experience. Purchased a reman valve body and no mention that would also have to pay a $300.00 core charge 3 days after I paid and was wondering why still did not ship. Had to contact and call them 3 times before they told me this. What a joke. Then on top of that the reman valve body had a bad solenoid and would not work so I had to take my old one out and put it in the reman one and now works after loosing 4 hrs labor chasing their faulty valve body. VERY VERY BAD!!!! Had my jetta transmission rebuilt there. Had to have it towed back over an hour away twice because it would just quit pulling. Left my wife stranded both times in Atlanta. The first time the guy with the thick german accent told me it was fixed. The second time the assured me it was fixe. The third time the told me swapped the transmission. European transmission WILL NOT honor their warranty.After the installation of the transmission there was a whining noise.After returning the vehicle for them to inspect two times they told me they can not fix the issure because it was going to cost their company too much money.REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL !
