When we purchased our home a few years ago, the previous owner had already installed some Tilt and Turn windows from Euro Windows USA on our lower floor. In someways they are nice, you can tilt them open at the top, but your house is secure. What we didn't realize (until it was too late) was that these windows are only nice if the portion that opens is narrow because they swing into the room.
