Cleaned and repaired / restrung blinds that other blind stores don't service. Very reasonable pricing.
Lack of communication, took 6 months to get a response. Refused to help and was rude. I purchased two sets of blinds for two different houses. Not to mention I gave his information to 5 other individuals which also went with him. One tore and when I reached out the guy said 50$ to fix it, I said ok no problem. I waited and waited and he did not respond. This was in May. I kept texting and reminding him that I am still waiting on a response. Love my new shades! Highly recommended
Very professional service. I had a small issue with my blinds that were installed a year ago. I called the owner and he fixed the issue with no additional cost on my end (part of warranty). This only shows how professional this team is. I would recommend this business to everyone who is interested in those types of blinds.
