quality salon I have gone to this salon for a couple of services and I have always been happy with the quality of the service. The staff is polite as well. Really nice inside too. Prices are fairly reasonable considering what other salons charge. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing experience. There are many services to pick from. Stopped going I have not gone to European Wellness Ctr in well over 2 yrs, however I was not happy with it. I do not know if the person who colored my hair is still there, however she did a horrible job. My hair is brown and I wanted it with red highlights. I walked out of there with BLACK hair. I never liked the way it was cut either. One time I went in for a 30 minute massage and it was only 20 minutes. I felt really ripped off. They are very expensive especially for the area. It was a very good place. I can't believe they closed without letting us gift card holders know we only had a short time to use them. Ours doesn't even expire til 2019. We have 150.00 worth. We need to be reimbursed
I'm trying to get my money back too. I sent a letter with a copy of the gift card to the street address. It's been a couple weeks now. Haven't heard a thing. Maybe everybody should get together & file a class action suit. My card had $112.05 left on it. I want my money NOW !!!
Would love to know who to contact in regards to gift cards purchased that can't be redeemed now?!?! Call and call but get no where! I want my $$ back!
