This location is a joke. Went in for a Brazilian wax and full butt, and it was the worst wax experience ever! Missed several spots, did no clean up strips, reckless on applying wax, no pre application before waxing, almost forgot to apply post application, it was very hot which make the experience worse because you already sweat through the process and then they said they aren’t trained to use any powder?!
