Always a pleasure with 99% of the waxers there! Fay is my favorite manager though! Always so nice and welcomes me by name!
Thais is absolutely amazing! My first wax (brazilian) and she walked me through the entire process, kept me informed, talked me down from my freaking out 😅 The receptionist (I didn't get her name - sorry!) was so sweet as well. I will definitely be going back.
Laura was great. Friendly, informative and fast. Definitely will book her moving forward.
