In my personal experience David and his staff were horrible. Judging me from the second I walked in! Acting like I was a bum with no money. Never again!

Loyal customer of this brand for many years. Second time to this location, first time was fine. Was pulling into the parking lot for my appt and they called and cancelled on me, saying they were running behind. This is for a 7:30pm appointment. Said they could fit me in tomorrow. I’m leaving town and told her this was the only time for me and she said yea sorry we can’t fit you in. You’re not fitting me in if I had a standing reservation. They were great. Tamika was able to get me in for an early appointment. My appointment also went very smoothly. Lexi was wonderful to work with, and knew what she was doing.

I had a wonderful experience at the Johns Creek European Wax Center! Lexi provided exceptional service, and I appreciated Michelle, the receptionist, who was equally friendly and welcoming.
