I always enjoy the ladies here at European Wax. Great personality. Fantastic customer service. Whether it be with Makilee or one of the other ladies I always receive great customer service. 🤗 The hours of opening to closing always works with my days off or my work schedule.
Had a great experience at the Lacey location getting a brazilian yesterday. Highly recommend Michelle, she is very kind and professional!
I would not recommend getting waxed by Kilee. I told her it was my first time getting a Brazilian and she gave no guidance, immediately put wax down without explaining the process. I asked her what I should use to moisturize since she recommended it, and was very judgmental when I asked clarifying questions. I did not feel welcome or comfortable. I will be going to another location or finding another waxer. I am also completely bruised along my bikini line with no explanation.
