So I had a Brazilian and it went amazing. The specialist took care of me and all my hair. I got my underarms, legs, lip and chin the next day…different specialist…not it. She left hair everywhere. It seemed as though she was rushing. She left wax all over me. I dont get it. The girl who did my Brazilian 10/10, the girl who did my legs left hair, blamed it in the growth cycle if my hair, i let all my hair grow out for over a month so it could come out from the root. Kilee is an absolute star! She took the time to explain everything—from the waxing process and hair growth cycles to what services I need and how to do aftercare. I walked out feeling confident and well cared for. She even got me on a great home care regime. I’m already looking forward to my next visit with Kilee!!
I’ve never been waxed before and was nervous about my first time, especially it being a Brazilian. Kilee did a wonderful job explaining the process and getting me in & out quickly! Raven at the front desk was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back :)
