The receptionist was darling as always. She is a gem. The place was clean and bright. But Makilee was not my favorite; her customer service was not amazing. I understand why she may have been upset - I was late. It takes 12 min to get there on a normal weekday at midday. I left with just over 20 min so I’d have time if there was traffic, but I 5 is the only way I can get there and it was fully stopped, and it took 35 min.
