Considering that they charge you money to rip body hair out from the roots, this is as best of an experience as you can hope for! Leticia is fantastic and gives just the right amount of warning when she’s going for *that* spot. Highly recommend. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was an issue with their system that alerts the technician that the client has checked in. Because of this I had to wait quite a while to get taken back which caused me to be late to my next appointment elsewhere.

Leticia is so genuine and easy to talk to! Made my wax experience so easy and she was dealing with almost a whole year of no waxing! She did amazing and literally worked a miracle. Skin is looking flawless and no strays left behind, so thorough, and highly experienced! Very thankful I was able to see her and have her wax me. She is a gem. 5 stars to the lady in the front as well. She was kind and informative of the specials running but not pushy by any means.
