Went in for a Brazilian wax, I looked at it when I got home and there was a TON of hair left behind. I called and they offered to have me come back in for a touch up wax which I did but when I got home and looked at it again, there was still plenty of hair left behind. I have been getting waxed for over 7 years and this was by far the worst. I normally go to different EWC location but I had an appointment in the area and booked here. What a wonderful experience! Prescilla is nothing short of a superwoman. I have been getting waxed regularly and this is the first time I felt nothing. “Wait, we’re done?” - that’s how easy she makes it. My highest compliments to her and her shining personality. I will try to be back in the area if my schedule allows
