Their wax pass is such a scam. You’re pressured into buying it at your first appointment before you’ve even gotten to really try it out for a couple sessions. Was never told you have to cancel within 30 days to receive a refund. Wasn’t given a contract or anything in writing stating this either. I haven’t even used half my sessions and they refuse to refund my money. They want to get me a store credit for something I’ll never use.
