I’ve been with European Wax Center for a long time, and my experiences at the Houston locations were consistently great. So when I moved to Chicago and visited this new location for the first time, I expected the same level of care. I came in on August 26th, for my complimentary birthday brow wax and paid for a brow tint. Since this wasn’t my first tint, I know what the process looks like, and I followed the aftercare exactly. I was getting my underarms done and a brazilian, which can feel quite vulnerable. Morgan was professional, reliable, and knowledgeable about each step.
