Very disappointing experience at this European Wax Center in Suffolk. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, I had what appeared to be an inexperienced technician. The wax was initially too hot, and although she lowered the temperature, the service itself was very poor. The wax broke the hair instead of properly removing it, so she resorted to tweezing. We worked with Daisha, in and out, and a great experience. Environment was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. Signed up for the wax pass because we plan on returning!
