I've been a client of EWC for a while, and the service I receive from Lamia is the only reason I continue to come back. Unfortunately, my experience scheduling by phone on October 29, 2026 at approximately 3:30 PM was disappointing. The team member who answered was curt and rushed me through choosing my services. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at European Wax Center today. Before beginning my service, my wax specialist specifically asked if I wanted ALL of the hair removed, and I clearly responded, “Yes, everything.” Immediately after my appointment, I went to the restroom and was shocked to discover that a significant amount of hair had been left behind.
