As always, wax specialist Akira was excellent! Akira listens and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. She’s an expert in her skills and I’ll be requesting her services moving forward! Lorton EWC is a great place to get a wax- professional, quick, clean, friendly and experienced workers make the place lovely. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!
Service itself at this location is good!! I do want to share that I attempted to contact management about a concern several times and did not hear back.
