Jennifer gave me one of the worst waxes I’ve received. I truly believe she was having a bad day personally. I told her the wax was too hot and she was pulling too hard and fast. She continued doing the same. I understand that the service industry is unforgiving even when you’ve had a challenging day personally, so I tipped her 10% instead of 20%. My waxer is Nia and she's amazing!! She makes you comfortable, moves efficiently and she restored my faith in European Wax. Also the receptionist was very welcoming especially with it being a morning appointment.
