If you're a first timer like i was... ASHLEY HANDS DOWN. She made an uncomfortable experience feel so comfortable and i appreciated her so much for that! At the very end of my appointment, i forgot what i was there for because we got so carried away from laughter. 10/10 highly recommend!!
I had to reschedule a missed appointment from last Saturday (which they graciously waived the late cancel fee for, as I missed my flight back to FL and didn’t make it back in time. However I got rescheduled for today at 1. I have a specific waxer at this location I liked, specifically how she did my brows. Fast forward to today, I see an email (no call/text) saying my appointment had been moved to 115. I get there at 1255 since I live far. I got serviced at 130 and it was not the waxer I requested. Great care and services
My appointment was for 10:15 and it’s now 10:40 and the receptionist said the waxer is finishing up a client and because I was 5 mins late there’s one more person ahead of me. Clearly they are over booked and can’t accommodate properly. And looking at past reviews this is clearly a issue that has been going on. Won’t be back!
I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Mariell! This was my first time going to someone new for a Brazilian wax in almost six years, so I was definitely nervous going into my appointment. I also hadn’t had a Brazilian since January, so I was especially worried about my pain tolerance. Mariell completely put me at ease from the very beginning.
