The service I received resulted in significant skin trauma and an unfinished result. Throughout the appointment, the technician repeatedly tugged, yanked, and picked at individual hard wax strips, often using very large strips and struggling to remove them properly. The strips were pulled at incorrect angles, resulting in widespread hair breakage rather than proper removal from the follicle.
