I am still fuming!!!! Do NOT go to this location! 0 stars if possible. I have been a wax pass member for several years. See screenshots! I had a 2:45pm appointment today on Thanksgiving eve. I arrived 16 minutes early at (2:29pm) to ensure I was out in time to pick up my child at 3:30pm. I was checked in to an empty waiting room. This was my first time at European Wax Center, and unfortunately, I left thoroughly disappointed. Although this was my first time at EWC, I’m definitely not new to Brazilian waxing. The young lady who serviced me was very sweet, and the overall facility was clean with friendly staff, but the actual service itself fell below average.
