Front desk are so pushy for tips and products, the waxers are friendly but leaves so much hair and no matter how you tell them you want it all removed they act like ya its gone and I end up having to fix things on my own at home which defeat ls the process of getting it done professionally thats why I stopped going there and didn’t renew my membership
