This was my second time coming, and I had Jarissa again as my waxer. She is quick and very polite. I’ve decided to go to her every time. the front desk receptionist was also very sweet I do not remember her name, but I know she had curly hair and really nice teeth. We definitely go back. I already have my next appointment scheduled.
Only giving this place a 2 instead of a 1 because the woman who actually did the wax was phenomenal. The front desk service was UNSETTLING. I have been a 7-year long customer of EWC and had zero complaints with the company until I visited the West Springfield location. Had to politely tell the front desk woman repeatedly that I already have a wax pass…then she basically held me hostage anyways and was rude and aggressive making her sales pitch to purchase more.
