I recently moved and was in search of a waxer. I was willing to travel to my old one but started looking and I came across this place. After reading reviews I seen this one name always pop up Emile so I decided to take my chances and try her & the location out and everything was amazing! She is very knowledgeable & friendly! This was my first wax and Megan was phenomenal! She made me feel comfortable and was quick and gentle and very educated! Definitely recommend!
I wrote a review about a product last week, the manager was able to resolve the issue, without me coming into the store. I am aware this resolve does not happen for every situation, but I am grateful that the manager at European Wax Center was able to help me and take care of my product concern.
