I have been going to European Wax Center for a couple years now and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I usually go to Lesly, and when the 2nd street location closed down, I followed her to her new location. She’s friendly, informative, and very helpful. She empathizes with her clients and keeps a quick schedule while being thorough. I sometimes reschedule (so sorry) and she’s never made me feel bad about it and is always understanding. Thank you Lesly!

I have been getting waxes for over 10 years. I have been coming to the Long Beach Exchange location for over a year and had never had a negative experience. I’m not sure if Claudia was having a bad day but the wax I had yesterday was very unpleasant. She was very rough and the wax was too hot. I mentioned once the wax was hot in the beginning and on 2 different applications after that the wax was still too hot. My first visit after 2nd street closed suddenly. Place was clean, staff friendly and waxer Andra fast and (relatively) painless.
