The staff here are all very friendly, and the waxers are great.

My technician was personable and sweet. However. I was not pleased with my bikini wax she went way to far down and it was uneven. I gave her 3 stars because she was personable and sweet or I would have given her 2 stars. The job is not aesthetically pleasing to look at for me at all. She did an okay job on my chin but I did have to have her go back and tweeze hair that I felt when she said she was completed.
