I have a wax pass for a specific service which I use regularly. After my most recent service I noticed an additional charge, which is not typical. Without my consent, this location charged me for an "upgraded" service that I did not receive. When I called the center to inquire about the charge the receptionist questioned my knowledge between my service and the one I was being charged for.
