The staff is friendly and the center is clean but I walked away very disappointed after my appointment. My chin was not completely waxed, my eyebrows are uneven, and there was so much hair missed on my upper lip. I tried mentioning to the specialist that only one side of my chin was waxed and she went back in to pluck a couple hairs, but said that you can't always get every hair when you're waxing and that I would have to come back in to get the rest.
