The service was great but the facility was dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned and my appointment was in the morning. I don’t think I will be back to the Gilroy location.
Sarah was amazing. the second the door closed she got to work very quick and was very good at applying pressure for the pain. she’s one of my top 3 best waxers. Definitely recommend booking with her.
