Wax Specialist was horrible! No experience, she left wax on me and just ripped and repeated!!
Brittany makes me feel very comfortable and she is very professional. She is also thorough and efficient in her work. 10/10 recommend
Was a few minutes late to my appt so they wouldn’t do full service I signed up for. After still doing partial service, my eyebrows are completely messed up before a business trip. I had been growing them for this appt and she butchered them and removed any shape I had- beyond unhappy. They’re also not even, she used scissors more than wax or tweezers making them stick straight out because so short. They are NOT good at eyebrows
Klarissa was super nice and professional during my appointment, she performed all my services very efficiently, which I appreciated, and everything came out amazing!
