Great discount for a first-time wax, and a really positive experience overall. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. They use their own Comfort Wax, which truly seemed to make a difference, and I appreciate the complimentary five-day touch-up period. Kaydin was my wax specialist and did an excellent job—she made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and was a pleasure to talk with.
