Scammers! I purchased a package of 12 that was advertised as by 9, get 3 free. They said that this lowered the cost to approximately $60 per session. That implies the package was prorated for all 12 sessions. Then, this location announced that it was closing. I asked for a refund on my remaining sessions at the prorated rate. Ashleigh, the lead scammer, told me no refund was available because my remaining sessions for “free” session sessions. No wonder they are going out of business with such terrible business practices.
First wax was free and it was a wonderful experience. I've been searching for a place to get waxed for a while. My wax specialist was Frances and she was wonderful.
Maddie was wonderful💕 polite, gentle, and professional.
