Kirsten is an amazing technician. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Also, her calming presence puts you at ease when in vulnerable positions.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the European Wax Center! Their customer service started before I even stepped a foot into their building. I had trouble making it to my first appointment I made and had to call less than an hour before my appointment and reschedule. The receptionist was super sweet and understanding and had no problem rescheduling me for later on that day.
