The wax was great, even though she left some of the wax on my skin. I didn’t realize it until I got home, and I had to pull it off. The wax had completely dried by then, so it was pretty painful to remove. My low rating is really only for the front desk. When I got here for my appointment, the woman at the front desk couldn’t find me in the system, so she asked me to hold on a minute while she figured it out. Kayla did a great job. She has a very warm personality that put me at ease during my service, yet she was quick and professional. The suite was bright, clean and sanitary. Again Kayla was fantastic and I am very happy with my results.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience today. This was not my usual waxer, and the service was noticeably different from what I am accustomed to receiving at this location. The wax felt significantly hotter than what I have experienced during previous appointments, and wax repeatedly got onto areas that were not supposed to be waxed. Vicki was amazing! This was the least painful wax I’ve ever received and I’ve been getting waxes on/off for about 5 years. Every other time I’ve gone to receive a wax I’d brace for the pain. While it’s a given the service will be painful, Vicki’s efficiency and expertise made it tolerable. I 1000% recommend her for everyone, especially those newer to waxing.
