Krys was the best!
I feel like management is encouraging the waxers to rush and do a terrible job on purpose to encourage more bookings. The amount of hair left after a service is actually offensive, I wouldn’t even feel comfortable wearing boy shorts to the beach with this wax that’s how much hair was left. The receptionist with the lip injections is also always on a power trip, the most annoying being when I was late but still within 5 minutes of my appointment and she forced me to reschedule for AN HOUR LATER after I already drove there and... read more
