I had a good experience with Allie
My experience was wonderful. My specialist was very nice and made me feel comfortable and it was my first time getting wax. It was smooth and definitely going back! My specialist name is Terrah sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly!
A lil disappointed they didn’t get all the hair or use tweezers to clean up. So now what am I supposed to do?
I did the first free wax for my eyebrows which is usually 30, but 0 for this time. She did AMAZING ! When she asked me how would I like them, just cleaned up or thinner, Intold her I wanted them thinner. She showed me the finished product and I said thinner she showed me again & she did literally PERFECT! Way to go girl you rock! Her name is Alexandra, and she is an eyebrow GURU! Thank you girl!!! Definitely coming back to see her again and she was so sweet & kind!
I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the European Wax Center in Palmdale. My original concern started on October 10, 2025, when I went in for a Trinity model wax service. During the service, the lead trainer had her cellphone out while I was undressed and receiving an intimate waxing service. I was uncomfortable and asked that the phone be put away.
