Olivia, my new go to specialist she has amazing bed side manner, she heard all my concerns reassured me, was very cautious with my sensitivity to temperature and was very detailed and assured to meet my expectations. All around 10/10 , I’ve had many EWC waxers for the past 2 years but her! Yup moving forward I’m sticking to her.

I booked online for 2:30 and for some reason, on their end my appointment was booked for 11:30 AM. When I saved to my calendar it said 2:30PM/11:30AM MST which is Arizona time. Luckily for me, they had a 3:30 opening so gave me time to eat something before my appointment. Cerria did my wax and oh my GOD, she did amazing! This was my best wax experience ever, she was super quick and very communicative. This was the least painful wax experience I’ve ever had. Def my new go-to! 100/10, recommend recommend recommend!!!
