Alicia was great. She made sure I was comfortable, tools and equipment were clean, and work was excellent. Will book again!!
UPDATED REVIEW The manager did call and refunded the $44 no show fee and provided clarity on the new procedures. I appreciate her calling me back so that we can get a better understanding and resolve this situation.
If I could give no stars I would. Since management changed I don’t appreciate the random charges for appointments not made and a $44 no show charge for an appointment I didn’t get a reminder for. I called and asked why I was charged was told I missed my appointment. The desk clerk checked to see if I got a text I and she confirmed that I didn’t.
