I love Kayleigh so much! She has made my wax experience amazing. She’s super nice, professional and very informative whenever I have a question about a product. I love her energy and she’s always smiling. EWC is a great place!

I made the appointment just before 1pm for a 1:30 appt and arrived at 1:15 to find the door locked. I get the text at 1:18 saying my appt is TOMORROW and they can see me at the same time at another location. I called the number and was told they are having HVAC issues. I don't understand why the website still showed available appointments that could be booked. This was my first time getting a Full Brazilian - V. My Associate was awesome. Her name is Lily. She was very gentle and patient with me as a first timer. She also did my underarms and legs. She did a really great job. I bought the Wax Pass and already set up my next appointment with her.
