This was my second time coming and it will be my last. The first time was okay. The waxers pull the wax strips too slow for my opinion. Today I don’t know what happened. I got a Brazilian and yet I still have hair after I endured so much unnecessary pain. First off the lady that did it pull my skin downward that it was hurting more than the pulling itself. I have been going to EWC in Prattville for almost a year now. Why is there a different wax specialist everytime? It is a very personal experience and to have a random specialist every time is uncomfortable. I do believe after my pass is finished I will be finding somewhere else to go. This was my first visit to this particular EWC and the young lady at the front desk was professional and kind. Then I met Kaleigh, what a fantastic knowledgeable, professional, and kind person.
