Isabella did a FANTASTIC job waxing my brows. She was down to earth, professional, and very welcoming to me as a first time client of hers. I was super happy to rebook with her as soon as my appointment concluded. I will be coming back for sure!! She’s a value add to the location.

Extremely disappointing experience with the North Attleboro location. I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to be told when I arrived that my specialist had called out and my appointment had been cancelled. Apparently I’m opted out of text messages, so they said that’s why I wasn’t notified. Fine…but why was I not CALLED? If the business is cancelling my appointment, there should be some basic responsibility to actually notify the customer. She made me feel comfortable and she was so quick 🤍
This location needs new management and training of staff. The waxers consistently are late or running behind schedule, some even smell of weed and don’t do a good job of waxing. The front desk staff are unable to even notify customers if appointments are canceled. The Dedham location is top class compared to this
