I was 5 minutes late for a brow tint. I asked at the front desk if I should reschedule. I was told I was fine because I was within the 9 minute grace period. However, the esthetician made a point of letting me know right away that she had an appointment after me and I was late. I apologized. She said nothing but reminded me again while she was tinting then a third time said "I can't clean this up well because you were late." And it looks AWFUL!!!!!
