I had Lauren for my first time, eyebrow waxing. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. My eyebrows haven’t been touched in about a year and they look soooooo good now. I will be going back for sure! 😁
This location has fallen to shit ,Jordan is the only reason iam even still coming here once she leaves it’s over ,the new staff they brung in are very unorganized,unprofessional, and need new training this location needs to be revamp asap! Iam a client who been using European wax for over 6 yrs and I buy wax passes as well, I do not just pop in when can ! Iam very upset with today service and this is the second time !Iam done with this location!
I appreciated Lauren very much. Hospitable, along with asking if the temperature of the wax was good to continue. I would recommend Lauren to any one that I know that may need these type of services. I plan to return as soon as needed.
