Aiyanna was a very nice person and I enjoyed talking with her and she was very nice and kind she did a very good job with me
I called an hour before my appointment and they made no mention of their payment system being down so I’d have to write my card information on a weird sheet of paper and also have the physical card with me instead of being able to use tap to pay. You’d think that would be something they mention if you call. The chic at the front door has an attitude problem and immediately tried to say I didn’t call at all or must have called earlier. Been coming to European wax center for over 10 years and have never had an issue like this.... read more
