I’ve never written a review before, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and had one of the worst beauty service experiences I've ever had. First, the esthetician didn’t ask me what I wanted at all; she just started waxing without any consultation. Mid-wax, she casually said, “I usually just wax what I think and then ask you.” That completely caught me off guard and felt very unprofessional. I’ve been waxing for years and have had many different wax specialists at different locations. Luna is by far the best! She’s very attentive and makes the experience very comfortable. She’s super down to earth too! I am moving to a different city and plan to keep coming here just to keep getting my service with Luna.
