I had a Bikini full done a couple weeks ago. The lady who did my wax did not do so great. she burned me twice with the wax and left hair. When I called and complained another worker explained how to take care of the burn but a manager never followed up to hear me out. This place may have worked well for others but not me very sad as im still dealing with the after math of this experience 😢
