I was really excited to get my eyebrows done here after reading all of the reviews but the customer service made my whole experience horrible :/ wish I could give more stars.
Had no idea this location was here but will DEFINITELY be back! Cynclair, my specialist was attentive, kind, quick, and very professional for my brazilian wax and underarm wax. I appreciated her technique and felt minimal pain! Highly recommend her. Also this location has a BIDET!
The experience at European Wax Center with Temia was amazing. She was highly professional in every way and thorough. She explained to me everything about the waxing process and proper upkeep. I have been a loyal European Wax Center customer for approximately 4–5 years, so this experience was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I recently visited this location for a Brazilian wax and was assigned a wax specialist named Alara. Based on my experience, I am extremely concerned about her level of experience and training.
