EWC no longer offers a “European” experience. With their 15-minute “come in the room, get rushed services done, and go back to the receptionist area” mandate. The personal feel to this salon experience is gone. I had 3 services done yesterday and I have new annual passes for all three. It had all the warmth and personalization of the DMV, but with hot wax!
