HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I walked in, and as soon as I entered, no one greeted me. The receptionist immediately asked for my phone number. Since it was my first time there, I took a moment to process, but she repeated the question three times with attitude and being rude. When I politely explained it was my first visit, she asked a fourth time, this time with a very serious and unwelcoming expression. I didn’t even last 30 seconds in the store before walking out. Definitely not coming back.
Great experience it was my first time there and I had Paris she made me feel very comfortable. It was done in a greater amount of time and I’ll be back. Thanks girl
Just got my wax Joy was amazing and so professional she made me feel comfortable and she was so welcoming and was very quick and really wasn’t that painful this was my first wax I loved it BOOK JOY FOR YALL APPOINTMENTS🫶
Destiny is rude and should not be working in the front. Just checked in for my appointment with a different front staff member and asked them a question about my account in which Destiny rudely and bluntly answered my question. It was nasty and just simply not nice. Just wanted to point that out.
I had a terrible experience here and I would be a horrible person if I recommended anyone to go here for a service. I was so lucky to have gotten a last minute appointment within a day but now I see why the girl I was scheduled with still had openings. I signed up for a Brazilian wax for a pool party and I end up having to cancel because I could see patches of hair clearly still left behind.
