The receptionists at this location are really not personable. Rude to say the least. I’d forgotten why I’d stopped patronizing this location.

I was there yesterday, which my 1st time there. I was a greeted warmly by the 2 ladies at the front desk. Then, Joy, is the one who did my treatments. She has the appropriate name! She made be feel like she had known me my whole life & as if she was my therapist. She was friendly, sweet and patient. Mature beyond her years. I would go back just to encounter these 3 women!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I walked in, and as soon as I entered, no one greeted me. The receptionist immediately asked for my phone number. Since it was my first time there, I took a moment to process, but she repeated the question three times with attitude and being rude. When I politely explained it was my first visit, she asked a fourth time, this time with a very serious and unwelcoming expression. I didn’t even last 30 seconds in the store before walking out. Definitely not coming back.
Great experience it was my first time there and I had Paris she made me feel very comfortable. It was done in a greater amount of time and I’ll be back. Thanks girl
