Ar first they got my name confused with another customer so I ended having the service done with another aesthetiaian. Next they did a full Brazilian on me when I only signed up for a full bikini wax. I had to end up paying an extra $11 for the service when the error was not my fault. Worst of it all I ended up giving the waxer a $40 tip before they made me pay extra for their mess up. I just know the front desk girl had short light brown hair and light brown eyes. She didn't even apologized.
Mel is awesome, will always go to her. She takes time to do the job right and also talks to get to know the person she's working on.
