Tía was incredible. Best experience I’ve had at any location with any specialist at European Wax Center! Manager was very friendly too and proactively made sure to give me a reliable specialist because of a bad experience I had getting my eyebrows done before my wedding.

Zamira is the best! In all my years of getting Brazilians, she is by far the most gentle and thorough esthetician I’ve ever had. She truly deserves 10 stars. I did remove one star because the front desk experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unpleasant and not very welcoming. Instead of a proper greeting, I was simply met with “Name?” when I walked in. Customer service at the front sets the tone, so that interaction definitely took away from an otherwise great visit.
