Kramer was super nice and friendly. She talked through everything and explained everything great!
Hope did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable, asked important questions before my service and reassured me throughout. If I was local I would be a faithful customer. But I will request appointments with her upon my return to the area of it aligns with my appointment scheduling.

I just had a fantastic waxing experience with Kramer, and I couldn't be more impressed! I was honestly pretty nervous, especially since I'd heard how painful it could be. But Kramer was absolutely incredible and put me at ease from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how Kramer used breathing techniques to help me through the painful parts.
