I'm very pleased with the service. I've been going to them for about a year now and have NEVER have any problems! There has been times when I had to call, last minute and they were just fine even offered to reschedule me, or wait if I needed. They have always been polite
Horrible Customer Service!!! I had a lower leg service and then left town on vacation. There were strips of hair left on my legs and when I returned and called to get it corrected they said that since I was gone more than 5 days I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to the Mgr to see how to get it corrected and Amy told me that the mgr was gone and she would submit a form and I would hear back in 24-48 hours.
