April was amazing! She is quick, efficient, and friendly! Wax was the perfect temp, and she was very thorough. I’ll continue to see her for sure!!
Nia was so kind during my wax and made sure I was okay the whole time. I have been getting waxed for a while here, it’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a lot of turnover in the waxers, though, which is frustrating because I feel like I find someone I like and they’re gone after a month. I’ve only had like one waxer where it’s been a bad experience but they’re all usually lovely!

I have been to this location 3 times. All the waxes/waxers have been great. However, I am not coming back. All 3 times, I have been tried to be sold on buying multiple waxes in advance to “save money,” all by the same receptionist. The 2nd time after she said her piece, I told her I couldn’t afford it (also that I couldn’t commit - I might be moving soon), but she had me take the info sheet.
