I tried out this EWC a couple of times, and I overall did not enjoy my experience. For first appointment, my waxer had no beside manner at all/did not talk to me which I can 100% understand, but sometimes snickered when I expressed that something hurt so that was weird! Overall, she was in and out in about 5 minutes and barely spoke to me. When I got home, I notice she missed many spots, so I had to return again. I love going to Jessie! My experience is always fast and comfortable.
Vanessa is great! I highly recommend her if you want to do the eyebrow tinting service. My tint always last well over a week and the waxing is very good.
