Mimi is the best very loving lady and her wax super smooth. I super recommend her one of the best at the Europian Wax. I love it.
I had an okay experience at this European Wax Center location. It was my first time back after a long winter, and my waxer was actually great, super gentle, communicated well, and explained everything which I appreciated. The issue came during checkout. I understand they have to promote the wax passes, and I politely declined. Then I was asked what I do in between waxes. I tried to brush it off, but the cashier kept insisting I answer. This experience for me was not great, when it was time for the wax to be pulled she pulled it really hard to the point that later on that evening was skin was bruised. I've never had that issue with anyone else. I will never go with her again
My Wax Specialist, Mimi, at the College Park location is amazing! She is knowledgeable, experienced, and gentle. She always explains each step and ensures comfort throughout. Even though I have an EWC location close to my home, I drive to College Park for the total experience provided by Mimi!
