I have gone to European Wax for several years, in different locations. I have met a few different girls who do waxing and have usually had good luck. The girl I had been using at the Oro Valley location left so I tried someone new. I saw Mary today and she was awesome. She was the most thorough person I’ve ever used and has such a pleasant personality. I’ve already pre-booked with her for my next appointment.
I've been seeing Abigail for good 2 years now and I dont think I can ever see someone else to fo my wax for me. She has not only helped me get my hair into a cycle so I can get them waxed all at once but she also put me on a regimen to improve the health of my skin and to prevent any ingrown. I have coarse hair and she gets them all just fine. Before Abigail I used to get my hair waxed almost every 2 weeks which was frustrating and now we have been able to push it to 4 to 5 weeks. I went there for a Brazilian wax and I was very pleased with the work i got done. have had Brazilian wax before but never had such a pleasant experience, never anyone made me feel so comfortable. the lady She absolutely knows very well what she does, she is gentle, confident and finishes the job with perfection. STAY AWAY FROM RAKSHA!! She is extremely dangerous! She repeatedly kept applying unbearably hot wax on my sensitive area, didn't even care to ask if the temperature was right for me (a customary formality employees are required to ask). I kept politely insisting to kindly temper it down but she became very aggressive and upon further insisting, she walks out of the room job half-done leaving me alone in the room! Terrible customer service in my experience. I had long waits with no apologies. I would not recommend this place!
Jillian was very pleasant and down-to-earth she made me feel very comfortable. The time went by pretty easily as we both crack jokes. She is easy to talk to and adapts to her clients needs. I fully recommended her.
Ask for Danielle. You will not regret it. The staff a competent and make you feel comfortable. Great place to revamp your look!! :)
"NO PACKAGE UPGRADE AFTER 3RD PASS HAS BEEN USED" "NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS" "COMPANY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH" The staff has poor communication and do not know the rules and regulations when it comes to selling their wax passes. I purchased a 12 visit pass for a Brazilian and underarm wax and paid a bit over $500, after the first visit I requested to upgrade my package and I was told I could upgrade to a unlimited pass for only $160 more but for that they needed the manager's approval.
