I was a little disappointed with the wax job. Lillian did great on the inner ear. I asked her to double check the outside and back of ears. She said there was nothing there. When I got home and was able to check, she missed some obvious hairs. Never had that happen in the past.
I’d really rather not be harassed by the front desk worker like I was yesterday. There’s a difference between trying to sell a wax pass, and full on harassing your customers. It’s quite astonishing the level of social awareness that lacks. Have that conversation with your employees, or employee.
