Today I was supposed to be having 4 services done before leaving on vacation. I had booked the packages and made this appointment at least 2 months ago. When I arrived I was told that I was a "no show" for my appointment which was an hour earlier and couldn't be helped. Apparently they had called and left a message that my appointment was changed to earlier in the day - a message I never got and the new appointment was scheduled for while I was still at work. Elizabeth was great at explaining my options and answering my questions. She did the waxing very quickly and professionally, and she was friendly too!
Wonderful place to get that wax for the summer! I love them! I'm a makeup artist, and I won't send my clients anywhere else!!
