I hadn’t returned to the EWC Leesburg location in quite a while due to some past service issues, despite genuinely liking the place. Veronica made my experience very welcoming and comfortable. She spent time making sure all my little peach fuzz was captured on my chin. We chatted throughout the session and laughed together, but she was also thorough in her work. A great balance! Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.
It’s never fun but my wax specialist Tanya was extremely patient and gentle, will go back again as I have their wax pass, saves me a lot of money and time too.
