Receptionist Melissa rude and immature. Contacted me regarding information but got upset the call disconnected then changed my name in my profile. Also gave attitude when I called back. Seems like information isn’t safe nor secure. Won’t be recommending this location anymore. I’ll take my years of services & tips elsewhere
I had such a great experience here! It’s been years since I last got waxed, so I was nervous🥲 about the pain—but Morgan was absolutely amazing🥰! She’s so kind, patient, and gentle that I hardly felt any pain at ☺️all. She kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the whole time, which made such a difference.
