I had a bad experience I did not like how my specialist did not step out of the room while I undress nor did she give me anything to cover over my bottom with also I had patches of hair left between my legs and wax was left down there as well I went back to tell her she left wax between my legs get got the wax but did not attempt to redo the patches with all the hair being left after seeing it !! Flat affect.i had to ask her name. Applied wide swaths of wax that was too hot. Smaller patches would not have hurt so much. Felt like she was in a hurry to get done. I will not be back,I’ll go to previous spa in Madison. It is a more welcoming,luxurious experience for only 20 dollars more. They did smaller patches not in a hurry.
She was very professional and polite. She did an amazing job during my service.
