I knew the energy was right when Ari linked arms with me and led me to her room. This time, I was getting my underarms waxed, and I was super nervous. Ari was the best person for the job, literally. The conversation was easygoing and enough to distract me from my anxiety. Also, she waxed me, and NO HAIRS were left behind. Overall, she did a job well done and I'm excited to go back.

I arrived on time for my 8:45 appointment. Shortly after arriving, I had an unexpected stomach emergency and was unable to leave the restroom until approximately 8:53. I was already there for my scheduled appointment, and the delay was completely outside of my control. When I came out, I was told I could no longer be seen because the provider had another client waiting. I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at European Wax Center. I came in to get my eyebrows done by Kim, and unfortunately, they were left noticeably uneven. I understand that once hair has been removed, it cannot simply be put back, but what bothered me just as much was the lack of concern or remorse after the unevenness was noticed. I would have appreciated more acknowledgment of the situation and better customer service, especially since I was left having to deal with the results until my eyebrows grow back. I under... read more
